Recipe: Delicious Mutton gravy

Ingredients of Mutton gravy

  1. It's 250 gm of mutton.
  2. It's 2 cup of Tomto and onion paste.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Prepare of Salt and red chilli to yaste.
  5. It's 1 cup of dahi.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of meat masala.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.

This is an excellent mutton recipe that you can easily make at home. To prepare this easy recipe, firstly, clean and wash the mutton pieces. Next, put a large pan over medium flame and melt ghee in it. Once the ghee is melted, add cardamom, cloves, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick.

Mutton gravy instructions

  1. Heat oil saute ginger garlic.
  2. Add tomato,onion paste and spices,cook till oil leaves pan.
  3. Add dahi and stir continue.
  4. Add mutton and 2 cups water and cover the lid.
  5. Finally add meat masala and cook it till mutton soft and serve.
