- Take oil in a Kadai add hing and whole red chilli then add bhindi fry golden brown gradually add mustard paste, after adding mustard paste immediately add water mango pieces, salt, haldi and red chilli powder..
- Cover the lid, cook in low flame for 20 minutes.
