  1. It's 2 of cubed potatoes.
  2. Prepare 2 of drumsticks long cut.
  3. Prepare 2 of carrots long cut.
  4. Prepare 10-15 of beans long cut.
  5. You need 3/4 cup of coconut.
  6. It's 2-3 of green chillies.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Jeera /cumin seeds.
  8. You need 1 tsp of rai(mustard seeds).
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of haldi(Turmeric) powder.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  12. It's to taste of Salt.
  13. You need 2 tsp of Curry leaves.
  14. You need 2-3 of whole red chillies.

  1. In a vessel add oil, add rai and curry leaves and add cubes of potatoes. Add water, salt and boil and cook the potatoes till slightly done..
  2. Wash the vegetables, add them into vessel along with potatoes. Add water and cook on low flame till the vegetables are cooked..
  3. Take coconut, jeera and green chillies and grind it..
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked add this masala to the vegetables, and boil it..
  5. Add curds and mix well..
  6. Take oil in a small bagar pan, add oil, rai, curry leaves and whole red chillies. Heat and add to the vegetables. Cook the kurma well..
  7. Serve along with Parotta or rice..
