- In a bowl mix sugar & butter. Beat till light & fluffy.
- In another bowl mix flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt. Sieve set aside.
- Now add 1 egg at a time to the butter mixture, then the vanilla essence.Now add flour in 3 additions & milk in 2 additions, finishing with flour. Don't overmix..
- Now add the lemon juice,zest& mix. Then add the chocolate chips. Mix lightly.
- Pour in prepared tins & bake for 1&1/2 hour or till done.
- Once done, let it cool. Decorate with cream & chocolate decorations.
