  2. It's 500 g of Icing Sugar.
  3. It's 100 g of Crême Fraiche.
  4. Prepare Pinch of salt.

  6. Prepare of Pastry.
  7. It's 150 g of Plain Flour.
  8. It's 75 g of Unsalted Butter.
  9. Prepare 50 g of Icing Sugar.

  13. You need of Drizzle of Honey (optional).

Lime ‘n’ Blueberry Tart instructions

  1. Put 150g plain flour and 75g unsalted butter in a bowl and rub together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs..
  2. Mix in 50g icing sugar and a pinch of salt followed by 1 egg yolk. If the pastry feels too dry to form a dough, add 1 tbsp water. Shape the dough into a ball, flatten it out into a disc, wrap it in cling film, then chill for at least 30 mins..
