  1. Prepare 1 cup of Boiled Moong Dal.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Ghee.
  3. It's 1 cup of Jaggery Powder.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Wheat Flour.
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of water.
  6. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Cashews.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Baking Soda.
  10. Prepare of Maple / Chocolate syrup or sauce.

  1. Grind together leftover boiled moong dal, wheat flour and milk and make a smooth paste...

  5. Add baking soda and mix well..
  6. Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry all the Malpuas till golden brwon from both the sides..
  7. Keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes to cool..
  8. Drizzle with Maple/chocolate syrup and serve.
