  3. Now cut potatoes into small cubes, wash properly. Then fry the potato pieces with haldi and take them out..
  4. Now in the same pan add some mustard oil Add jeera, add tomato paste, add onion paste. Give them a cook. Now add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Fry the spices for 3-4 min. Then add the besara and fry for 3-4 min on medium flame till the raw smell goes off. Then addd fried vendi and potato. Mix them well and then add one glass of water..
  5. Cover and cook till the potatoes are cooked. Finally the recipe is done to be served with hot steamed rice..
