- Prepare 1 cup of natural orange juice (250 ml used to measure the rest of the ingredients with).

- It's of About 1 packet of self-rising flour (500 g).

- Place the orange juice, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves..

- Take the dough and divide it into two halves..
- Form two sticks and place them in a baking tray lined with greaseprof paper..
- Using a knife cut into slices (but not all the way through to the bottom)..
- Place in the oven at 180°C until they get golden brown! When they do, break them into slices and use the fan in the oven to dry them a little (5 to 10 minutes in my oven, you should check how long it takes in yours)!.
